Operlith is a service of Whiteside Merrick Cardwell LLC, the legal operator, seller, and contracting party for the service and its products.
The service
Operlith helps businesses capture, draft, organize, and retrieve operating documentation and purchased resources. It does not certify, audit, approve, or independently verify a customer’s processes, and it is not legal, safety, compliance, medical, tax, or financial advice.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorized to act for the business associated with the account and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting credentials, activity under the account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared in a way that bypasses plan limits or access controls.
Subscriptions and billing
- The current catalog includes Free $0, Starter $19 per month, Pro $49 per month, and Business $99 per month. The prices, currency, billing period, and availability shown on the pricing page are the authoritative current offer terms.
- Plans renew monthly until canceled, and cancellation takes effect at period end.
- Applicable sales and use taxes may be calculated and added at checkout based on your location and applicable law.
- Features marked “coming soon” are not part of what you are paying for today.
Customer content and permissions
As between you and Whiteside Merrick Cardwell LLC, you retain rights in content you submit. You grant Whiteside Merrick Cardwell LLC the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and display that content to provide and protect the Operlith service. You represent that you have authority to submit it and that doing so does not violate another person’s rights or law.
AI-assisted output and required review
Generated documents are drafts based on customer input and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, approving, and maintaining every document before use, especially for safety, employment, legal, or regulated work. English is authoritative; any translation requires separate human validation. See the AI-Use Disclaimer.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Operlith to produce unlawful, harmful, or deliberately misleading instructions.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access other customers’ data.
- Do not submit malware, credentials, payment-card data, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
- Do not reverse engineer, evade access limits, resell unauthorized copies, or use output to harm or deceive.
Digital products, suspension, and service changes
Purchased digital products are licensed for the purchasing customer’s internal business use unless the offer says otherwise. Operlith may suspend access needed to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address nonpayment. Features may change, and planned or “coming soon” items are not part of the current service.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, renewal, refund requests, and digital-product purchase issues are addressed in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Non-waivable rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service and drafts are provided “as is” and without warranties not expressly stated in final approved terms.
