Refund & Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal or by contacting us at admin@operlith.com. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not ordinarily result in a prorated refund for the unused portion of that billing period.

Refund requests

If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or associated with a service failure, contact admin@operlith.com promptly. Please include the email address associated with your account, the date and amount of the charge, and a brief description of the issue. Do not send full payment-card information by email. Operlith will review the relevant account and payment records and determine whether a refund or other appropriate remedy applies.

Digital products

Digital products are made available to the purchasing account through the Operlith Resource Library after payment and entitlement are confirmed. Because digital products may be delivered immediately, completed digital-product purchases are generally nonrefundable after access has been provided. A refund or other appropriate remedy may be available when:

• the delivered file or product is materially defective;
• the customer receives a product different from the one purchased;
• a duplicate or unauthorized charge occurs;
• applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.

Refund processing and applicable rights

Approved refunds will be returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
