How information is used
We use information to create and secure accounts, save and display customer content, provide requested products and documents, determine access rights, respond to support and privacy requests, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. We do not currently use a third-party behavioral advertising or analytics provider, and we do not sell personal information.
AI-assisted document generation
With AI-assisted generation, when you request a document, Operlith may send the information you provide for a document request to an AI service provider solely to produce the requested content. Only information relevant to the request is used for that purpose. Customers should avoid including personal or sensitive information unless it is necessary and appropriate for the business process being documented.
Service providers and disclosure
Operlith uses trusted third-party service providers to operate core parts of the service, including hosting, database and authentication services, payment processing, and AI-assisted generation. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Operlith, our customers, or others.
Security and retention
Operlith uses account authentication, ownership-based access controls, private storage, entitlement checks, and time-limited download links to protect customer information. Information is retained as needed to operate the service, support customers, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal or contractual obligations. Retention practices may vary depending on the type of information involved.
Your choices and account requests
You may update available profile details in Account & Billing and email admin@operlith.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, or to ask how information is handled. Operlith does not yet promise self-service account deletion or a complete automated export. We will verify the requester and respond under applicable law and the final approved policy.
