What AI does here
With AI-assisted generation, when you request a document, Operlith uses the information you provide to prepare a draft based on your requested process, procedure, or business need. Only information relevant to creating the requested content should be submitted.
What AI does not do
AI-generated content does not independently verify that a process is safe, lawful, compliant, or appropriate for your specific circumstances. It does not have complete knowledge of your equipment, contracts, insurance requirements, local regulations, or internal business requirements. AI-assisted content is not a substitute for professional judgment or review by appropriate supervisors, safety personnel, accountants, attorneys, compliance professionals, or other qualified individuals when their expertise is required. AI-generated content may also contain errors, omissions, or information that requires correction.
Required human review
Every AI-generated document should be reviewed and approved by an appropriate person within your organization before it is relied upon or put into use. Documents involving safety, legal requirements, regulatory compliance, employment matters, financial matters, or other specialized subjects should receive additional review from a qualified person or professional when appropriate.
Information you provide
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to provide information submitted to Operlith. Customers should avoid including personal, confidential, or sensitive information unless that information is necessary and appropriate for the business process being documented. Information submitted for AI-assisted generation should be limited to what is reasonably necessary to create the requested document.
Accuracy and limitations
AI-generated content can contain errors, omissions, or recommendations that may not apply to your specific organization or circumstances. Operlith provides generated documents as drafts intended for review, modification, and approval by the customer. Responsibility for determining whether a generated document is accurate, complete, appropriate, and suitable for use remains with the customer.
Language and translations
Where Operlith provides content in more than one language, the English version is the authoritative source unless otherwise stated. Translated content should be reviewed for accuracy before use, particularly when the document involves legal, safety, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
